Potato Chips Macadamia Nuts cookies

Ingredients

250 g unsalted butter ,

130 g raw sugar

2 C egg

180 g Hong Kong flour

180 g corn flour

160 g potato chips (I only have 120 grams of chips , so had to use 140 grams of potato chips , 40 g cornflakes instead , it is yummy too)

1/2 tsp sea salts

½ tsp vanilla extract

2 tbp custard powder

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

110 g macadamia nuts

20 g cheese powder ( optional)

100 g chocolate chips (optional)

Method

1. Place the butter and sugar together with mixer and beat until pale white, then add eggs one by one. 2. Add together with other dried ingredients, and then sieved. . Then slowly added into step (1). 3. Stir the dough evenly, make your favorite shape. 4. Finally into the oven, 130 - 140 degrees and bake about 25 - 30 minutes.

薯片坚果曲奇饼


材料

250克 无盐牛油,

130克 原糖

2粒 C 蛋

180克 香港粉

180克 玉米粉

160克 薯片(家只有120克薯片,只好用140克薯片,40克玉米片

来代替,出来效果也不错)

半茶匙 海盐

半茶匙 香草精

2汤匙 吉士粉

半茶匙 发酵粉

¼茶匙 小苏打

110克 澳洲坚果

20克 芝士粉(可选)

100克 巧克力粒(可选)


做法 1.将牛油和糖一起打至浅色,然后加入 蛋。(第一颗蛋加入搅拌均匀后再加 入第二颗) 2.将少许盐加入其他材料,然后过滤。 再慢慢加入 (1)中。 3.面团搅拌均匀后,做喜爱的型状。 4.最后放入烘炉,调至130 -140度,烤25 - 30分钟。
