那天看到美女,Theresa的可爱的猴子造型曲奇饼, 让我这懒人怦然心动。 去网上找资料,但找不着。不管三七二十一, 找来小本厨房的手绘幸福饼干食谱, 就乱作望一通吧。
其实我是根据网友的美作,自己用那笨手一扭一捻, 慢慢的搓成似模似样的迷你猴子。(不好意思,忘了拍整个步骤)刚开始,过程一点都不好玩,渐渐地熟练,开始起劲时面团就将要离开桌面了。
花了整整两个小时只弄了30粒,每一粒一粒迷你猴子,都有不同可爱的神情,虽不是靓仔靓女猴子,但全是我的小宝贝。。

Monkey shape cookies
Ingredients
140g unsalted butter
100g icing sugar
55g egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
260g flour
1tsp baking powder
20g milk powder
Others
2tsp cocoa powderoven
Method
Firstly leave the butter soften at room temperature , Cream butter and sugars, once creamed, combine in the egg and vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Sift in the flour, milk powder and baking powder. With mixer on low, gradually add flour mixture, beating just until combined.
Divide dough in half and mix cocoa powder into half the dough.
Make your own shape.
Once down , put it into the refrigerator for in about half an hour
Preheat oven 180 ℃ oven bake 15-20 minutes.
* I only use half of this ingredents to make 30pcs of Monkey shape cookies.
猴子造型曲奇饼
材料:
140g无盐奶油 100g糖粉
55g蛋液 1 tsp香草精
260g低筋面粉 1tsp泡打粉 20g奶粉
其他粉类:
2tsp可可粉
做法: 1. 先将奶油室温软化,加入糖粉打成乳霜状,分次加入室温的蛋液和香草精,然后筛入低粉、奶粉和泡打粉,拌成原味面团。 2. 取出一半原味面团,另外一半添加可可粉揉均匀,放置一旁。
3. 然后弄自儿喜欢的造型。
4.造型后,放入冰箱里大概半个小时。
5.最后以烤箱180℃烘烤15-20分钟即可。
* 我只是用一半的材料,弄成30粒猴子造型曲奇饼。
