Welcome to the Dark chocolate paradize!! For chocolate lovers, I know you can't resist the rich, deep taste of Dark Chocolate with Dark Chocolate Chips and whole macadamia nuts!
They had to be chocolate cookies for a very good reason: I love macadamia nut while my kids love chocolate. And sometimes that reason just has to be good enough. CHOCOLATE!!! They are a lot of fun to feed to the kiddos, who get a big kick out of grandma feeding them "rocks." LOL!! There we are, me, you, and the cookies. Oh… the cookies! Duh: they’re rich and completely decadent! I’m telling you these cookies have powers. I ate non stop even I am on diet now. OMG!
Ingredients
350 g All-purpose flour or plain flour 2 tbsp Corn flour 1/2 tsp Baking soda 30g Cocoa powder 250g Unsalted butter, room temperature 150g Brown sugar ¼ tsp Sea salt 2 tbsp Milk 2 large egg 300g Chocolate chips
300g Macadamia Nuts
Method
Mix flour, corn flour, baking soda and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl, mix well
Beat butter, sea salt and brown sugar till fluffy
Add in egg one by one and mix well
Mix in flour mixture and milk, combine well (the dough is dry)
Add in chocolate chips, mix well
Scoop batter about 9g and put a pc of macadamia nut into the batter, and knead into a ball, put onto baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at a pre-heated oven at 160C for 25mins
The cookies were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and I loved the craggy look of them

2汤匙 玉米粉
1/2茶匙 小苏打
30克 可可粉
250克 无盐牛油,室温
150克 黄糖
¼茶匙 海盐
2汤匙 牛奶
2个 鸡蛋
300克 巧克力粒
300克 马卡达姆坚果
做法: 1. 把全部的粉类(面粉,玉米粉,小苏打, 可可粉)放入容器中混合在一起
2.黄油、海盐和黄糖打发至鬅松状态
3.加入鸡蛋液、一粒接一粒,拌匀
4.筛入粉类和牛奶,搅拌至均匀 (面糊会稍微偏干)
5.拌入巧克力粒入面团
6.用小勺子弄大概9克的小面团,将马卡达姆坚果包在小团儿、弄成小球,放在烤盘上。
7.送入预热至160摄氏度烤箱烤25分钟
